Why I founded Resoneti
I am convinced that technology changes the world. But whether change succeeds is always decided by people.
I spent more than 20 years in HR and change management – from Italy through Belgium to France. I worked with teams that were growing, merging, reorganizing, and digitalizing. But one thing kept repeating itself:
if people’s emotions are underestimated, even the best strategy fails.
In Paris, I was heavily involved in digital transformation across various projects. This experience was an eye-opener. One of the solutions I proposed was a transformation program for managers that helped them gain the knowledge and skills needed to effectively lead digital change in their teams – so that the company-wide digital strategy could achieve its goals. Suddenly, change was no longer a threat but a shared opportunity. And the results soon followed: more ideas on how to use technology, better adaptation, greater engagement in change. Out of personal interest, I later explored digitalization further as part of my MBA studies.
My practice also includes other important certifications. I am a certified change management coach under the globally recognized Prosci methodology. In addition, I am a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach and have been working with this tool since 2017. I guide individuals and teams on their journey to discover and fully use their strengths. For interest, my Top 5 talents are:
- Maximizer
- Strategic
- Positivity
- Learner
- Arranger
Thanks to my first talent, Maximizer, I naturally focus on how to develop and elevate the strengths of clients or projects.
I founded Resoneti to help companies manage change thoughtfully and with respect. I know it can be done differently. Humanly, yet strategically. And if people use their talents to the fullest during change, the result is even greater success and satisfaction.
