
My journey

I am Karin Straková with 20 years of experience in HR and change management, including 10 years working in Western Europe – Italy, Belgium, and France. I have served as a member of top company leadership and collaborated with senior management and boards. I have led complex projects in digital transformation, M&A, reorganization, and cultural transformation.
I hold a degree in psychology and, during my time in Paris, pursued an Executive MBA at the prestigious international ESCP Business School, whose EMBA program ranks among the best in the world.
My practice also includes other important certifications. I am a certified change management coach under the globally recognized Prosci methodology. In addition, I am a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach.
I am fluent in English, French, and Italian.
